Junior Level Designer

As a junior game designer at Two Desperados, you will get the chance to use your exceptional communication and organization skills to turn your creative ideas into reality. Collaborate with various teams and product managers to create engaging experiences and captivating designs for our audience. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate with a team including artists, engineers, producers, and fellow designers throughout the iterative and agile development process;
  • Generate, develop, and implement new levels for our games;
  • Contribute to ideation sessions and present original game content aligned with our metrics and goals;
  • Participate in managing game flow and content design to meet the needs of our audience;
  • Develop original, high-quality content that captivates our players;
  • Design game user flow and content to ensure an engaging experience for all players;
  • Influence the strategic and implementation aspects of game design for the final product;
  • Assist in creating and refining the game design documentation;
  • Test and  analyze errors, suggesting improvements during the development phase;
  • Monitor and analyze the success of implemented features post-release.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience with standard work processes and design practices
  • Understanding of casual games;
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple departments, teaming up with fellow designers and product managers to deliver cutting-edge designs;
  • Understanding  of challenges tied to engagement, meta-systems, and monetization;
  • Excellent teamwork skills in a dynamic and evolving environment.
