Workplace Experience Specialist

As our Workplace Experience Specialist, you’ll be the heartbeat of our office, ensuring it’s not just a place to work, but a space where creativity flourishes and teams thrive. You’ll collaborate closely with our HR and Finance teams, while also being the go-to person for all employees. 

What you’ll do as a Desperado:

• Keep the workspace running smoothly by managing suppliers, vendors, and maintenance. 
• Handle the purchasing of office supplies, snacks, and other essentials to ensure the team has everything they need
• Track supplies, organize the office, and make improvements to create a healthy and inspiring environment. 
• Coordinate travel arrangements 
• Responsible for maintaining employee records, internal HR software and keeping company policies up to date. 
• Support HR processes such as onboarding, benefits, employer branding etc. 
• Act as the go-to person for employee queries and keep everyone connected.
• Participate in planning and organizing engaging events, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives to enhance our studio culture.
• Pitch ideas on any Office or HR related topics and see them through with the support of the HR/Finance team.
• Address maintenance issues and liaise with building management.
