We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist ready to take care of Desperado talent!

Do you know the inner workings of the gaming industry?

Your input will be crucial for creating unique processes that aim for the highest level of employee recruitment. Together with our team, you’ll make sure every Desperado can put their talents in the center of attention and grow further within the company.

📈 What you'll be doing:

  • Create and improve the talent acquisition strategy and processes;

  • Build talent acquiring pipelines and ensure best practices are implemented;

  • Manage candidate experience by building an interesting and unique approach;

  • Build a top notch onboarding program that reflects our values and culture;

  • Partner with key recruiting companies;

  • Work closely with our communication team in order to develop tactics for approaching top talent.

We’re an ambitious team of game developers behind two successful casual mobile games Viola’s Quest and Woka Woka. Our third game, NoNo Crossing, was globally released in 2023. As a picture puzzle logic game, NoNo expands our portfolio beyond the marble shooter category, which has been engaging over 30 million players for years now. We keep our players curious by constantly evolving their favorite casual games. We’re an independent gaming company in Serbia, which basically means we drive our own decisions.
