We’re looking for a hands-on, solution-oriented IT Systems Administrator to take ownership of our IT infrastructure and day-to-day tech operations. You’ll make sure our people have the tools, systems, and support they need to do great work—securely, efficiently, and without interruptions.

In this role, you’ll manage everything from hardware and platforms to networks and security protocols. You’ll troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, lead IT projects, and proactively spot problems before they happen. Just as importantly, you’ll educate and empower colleagues—helping them understand how to use tools effectively and stay secure in their day-to-day work.

You’ll also play a key role in strengthening our IT security. You don’t need to be a security expert yet, but curiosity and initiative will take you far in this role.

We’re a tight-knit team without heavy processes or hierarchy. That means you’ll have real impact, a wide scope, and the freedom to make decisions that matter. If you love taking responsibility, improving things, and helping people do their best work—you’ll thrive here.

What you'll do:

  • Manage the setup, maintenance, and tracking of all company IT hardware (laptops, peripherals, mobile devices).
  • Oversee software license renewals and updates, ensuring compliance and functionality.
  • Support IT security efforts (firewalls, antivirus, backups) and help develop our long-term strategy.
  • Administer and troubleshoot our network and connectivity systems (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
  • Maintain and manage platforms like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other cloud tools.
  • Provide day-to-day support to employees and help resolve hardware/software issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date IT documentation and contribute to internal IT projects and rollouts.
  • Collaborate with other teams to understand needs and continuously improve systems and processes.
  • Work with external vendors when needed to ensure smooth service delivery.

What we're looking for:

Required:

  • Experience in system administration, IT operations, or a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure—networks, servers, and backups.
  • Familiarity with IT security principles and a desire to grow in this area.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a people-first approach to tech support.
  • Clear communicator who can explain tech in a simple, approachable way.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do.

Preferred:

  • Experience with firewalls, antivirus tools, or IT security systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Some scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Python, etc.).

Who we are:

We’re a dedicated team of game developers behind the successful casual mobile games Viola’s Quest and Woka Woka. In 2023, we released NoNogram Crossing, our third title—a picture puzzle logic game that’s been picking up steam and capturing hearts ever since. With over 30 million players worldwide, our games have made a lasting impact.

We’re ambitious and driven, building our future with purpose and intent. Everyone here takes ownership—not just of their tasks, but of our shared success. We believe real impact comes from people who care deeply, take initiative, and drive progress every day. That’s the mindset that shapes how we work, grow, and support each other.

Currently, we’re testing a new color-sorting puzzle in soft launch, continuously evolving our portfolio to keep players engaged and entertained globally. As an independent gaming company based in Serbia, we proudly make our own decisions and chart our own course.

What we offer:

  • 4-day work week
  • A place for your creativity to shine
  • Continuous growth and learning opportunities
  • A team of passionate people who put their colleagues first
  • Private health insurance, 23 vacation days minimum, full sick leave coverage, fit pass, etc.

This role is onsite, in our Belgrade office located in the Artklasa building.
