We are looking for a Community and Social media manager to join our highly motivated and ambitious Marketing team. Working with us will give you a chance to learn more about the gaming industry, top trends and how to reach millions of users globally. You will have the opportunity to make an impact on one of the strongest pillars of our games - the community of our players. 

We will expect you to be creative and goal driven in your approach to tackling everyday tasks and content strategies. Some of your key tasks will be: engaging our players worldwide through Social media posts and activations, gathering and collecting feedback from our core community, developing and nurturing relationships with our players, brainstorming with the team and creating new visual concepts to represent our game. Your ongoing effort will be to improve the communication with our players and understand them better. 

Your work will be of key importance to engage our core players and bring our games to millions of gamers worldwide! 

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Create and implement Social Media strategies; 
  • Set up campaigns, report and optimize to drive performance indicators in alignment with the Marketing team objectives;
  • Create highly engaging content with the goal of strengthening the Community of our players;
  • Opening new places for our community to gather - Reddit, Forums etc;
  • Brainstorm and create ideas for promotional assets according to the results;
  • Work closely with other Marketing team members to increase Marketing KPIs.

Desired skills and experiences:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Digital marketing, with focus on Social media;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Previous experience in gathering communities and reviewing their feedback;
  • Analytically oriented;
  • Result driven and independent.

Pluses:

  • Experience in gaming industry;
  • Fluent in other languages.
